For blank stock styles, our MOQ is 50 pieces. For fully custom fabric, trims, or construction, MOQ typically starts at 300 pieces per style/color. Let us know your target quantity and we'll confirm what's feasible.
Digital proofs are ready within 24–48 hours at no cost. Physical samples typically take 3–5 business days and are billed at sample cost plus shipping, which is credited back once your order is confirmed.
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are a 30–50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment. Terms can be discussed for recurring or larger orders.
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share designs, and your artwork and specs are never reused for other clients or shown in our portfolio without written permission.
Every order passes in-line and final QC before shipping, but if a defect slips through, tell us within 15 days of delivery with photos — we'll replace or credit the affected pieces at no extra cost.
We ship via air, sea, or express courier depending on your timeline and budget. Air freight typically arrives in 5–10 days after production; sea freight is more cost-effective for large orders but takes 3–6 weeks depending on destination.
