Company hoodies, without the sample-and-repeat cycle
Between HR ordering onboarding kits, marketing running a merch drop, and ops outfitting a warehouse crew, every “simple hoodie order” turns out to have its own spec. Here's where most hoodie manufacturing companies fall short — and what we built our factory around fixing.
You approve a 320gsm fleece swatch, and the bulk shipment feels like 240gsm
A catalog photo and a hand-feel swatch don't guarantee what shows up in the container. Fabric weight is the one spec that's hardest to verify from a distance — and for corporate hoodies going out with your logo on them, a thin, see-through batch is not something you can quietly reorder.
Chest logo embroidery that puckers the moment it comes off the machine
Brushed fleece behaves differently than cotton tee fabric — without the right backing and stitch density, a company hoodie design that looked clean on screen ends up warped around the kangaroo pocket, and heat-transfer logos crack along the seam the first time it's folded.
Drawstrings fraying and zips jamming before the first wash is done
Hoodies carry more small parts than a tee ever will — drawcord, metal aglets, zipper pulls on a half-zip style. These are exactly the details that get quietly downgraded on a quote you never see itemized, until a few hundred branded hoodies are already boxed and shipped.
One team wants an oversized streetwear fit, another needs true-to-size for the job site
Startup hoodies for a marketing drop and work hoodies with a company logo for a construction crew are two different garments wearing the same name. Most factories only run one pattern block — so whichever department orders second gets a fit that doesn't match what they actually need.
80 hoodies sounds simple, until it's split across 4 colors, 6 sizes, and 2 logo placements
Minimum order quantities are usually quoted per color-and-size combination, not per order. A small business ordering company hoodies for one department can fracture into a dozen tiny SKUs that no factory wants to touch — even though the total unit count is fine.
Good news — sourcing custom company hoodies is exactly what our factory is built around, however the spec splits.

A hoodie order for a warehouse crew and a hoodie order for a startup swag drop share almost nothing — fabric weight, silhouette, hardware, decoration. Our lines and MOQs are set up to handle both, plus everything in between.

Corporate & Company Hoodies
Everyday company hoodies with logo placement consistent across departments, store locations, or hiring waves — whether you're outfitting a five-person office or a 500-location retail chain. We handle both the one-time run and the recurring restock, so headcount growth doesn't mean chasing a new supplier every quarter.
Fleece weight, pullover vs. half-zip construction, and drawcord color can be matched to an existing dress code or built from scratch to set one. Common builds include a mid-weight 280–320gsm brushed fleece for year-round office wear, heavier 380gsm+ fleece for teams working outdoors or in cold storage, and a French terry option for a lighter, more athletic-fit corporate hoodie.

Heavy-Duty & Workwear Hoodies
Reinforced seams, heavyweight fleece, and hi-vis trim options for construction, logistics, and field teams — built to layer under safety gear, not just a lookbook.
From first message to finished hoodies
Fleece, trims, and decoration each add their own lead time — so you always know what stage your hoodie order is at, and when it's actually landing.
Inquiry & Requirements
Share your logo, quantity, and deadline — plus fleece weight, pullover or half-zip, and drawcord color if you already have a preference. We confirm what's feasible and flag any spec that will affect lead time.
Sampling & Confirmation
A physical sample on the actual fleece — not a mockup — so you can check hand-feel, hood drawstring color match, and how embroidery or puff print sits on the fabric before mass production starts.
Contract & Order Confirmation
Deposit, terms, and a spec sheet that itemizes every trim — zipper type, drawcord, aglets, care label — are locked in before cutting begins, so nothing gets quietly downgraded mid-production.
Production & Quality Control
Cutting fleece with the nap running the right direction, embroidery or puff print applied with proper backing so it doesn't pucker, then sewn and checked at every stage — including a function test on every zipper and drawcord, not just a final look-over.
Inspection & Shipping
A final QC pass checking fabric weight, print or embroidery placement, and hardware on a sample from the actual batch — then folded and packed to avoid creasing raised prints, and dispatched via your preferred method.
After-Sales Support
Defect replacement, and reorders matched against the original fleece dye lot and trim spec so a second batch doesn't quietly drift from the first — plus an account contact for anything after delivery.
A real production facility, not a trading middleman
Every custom company hoodie on this page is cut, printed or embroidered, and sewn in-house. Here's a look at where it actually happens.
